Haisla First Nation

The Haisla treaty table is in Stage 4 Agreement in Principle.

Haisla traditional territory is in the northwest coast of BC near Kitimat. There are approximately 1,970 Haisla members.

Haisla has overlapping and/or shared territory with its First Nation neighbours: Allied Tribes of Lax Kw’alaams, Gitxsan Hereditary Chiefs, Gitxaala, Heiltsuk, Nisga’a, Nuxalk, Tsimshian First Nations, and Wet’suwet’en Hereditary Chiefs.
