Pacheedaht traditional territory span the southwestern corner of Vancouver Island. There are approximately 290 Pacheedaht members.

Pacheedaht has overlapping and/or shared territory with its First Nation neighbours: Ditidaht, Huu-ay-aht, T’Sou-ke, and Lake Cowichan.
