Carolina is the Negotiations Support Funding Manager and joined the Treaty Commission in 2025. In her role, she manages the Negotiations Support Funding allocations that are provided to First Nations to support their negotiations with the governments of Canada and British Columbia.

Previously she worked in the banking industry with over a decade of experience progressing through various roles in retail banking with most recent experience being a branch manager. She has built years of experience in personal and business finances and is passionate about helping individuals and businesses make informed decisions for long term success.

Carolina holds a Bachelor of Management degree from the University of British Columbia Okanagan, specializing in Finance with minor in Psychology. She is also a certified Branch Compliance Officer and is progressing to obtain a Certified Financial Planner designation.
