K'ómoks First Nation

The K’ómoks treaty table is in Stage 5 negotiations to finalize a treaty. For an update on the table please refer to our latest annual report. 

K’ómoks traditional territory spans the Comox Valley in the central eastern part of Vancouver Island, extending into Johnstone Strait. There are approximately 350 K’ómoks members.

K’ómoks has overlapping and/or shared territory with its First Nations neighbours: Homalco, Hul’qumi’num, Snaw-naw-AS, Nuu-chah-nulth, Sechelt, Snuneymuxw, Tla’amin, Te’mexw, Tlowitsis, We Wai Kai, Wei Wai Kum, and Kwiakah.
